I hate restaurants like this. They make me reassess if this is in my top three favorite places. The ribs are fall off the bone incredible. My wife said it is probably the best she has had. The prime rib was not all fat but a great cut of meat, cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be salad plates need to be bigger. . Overall awesome experience in a rustic farm house feel with great service.
If someone could not recommend this business then something's wrong because this is the best place that you can find hands down! The food is the best ever and the people are the best! Gotta love the servers they work so hard and maintain a good attitude! I am a retired chef and I highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I went to NLS for the second time tonight and it was awesome! The filet and the ribs were outstanding! And although crowded, the service was great! Thank you for another wonderful evening!
Food is amazing, but felt like I wasn't welcomed. If you know, you know. I think the patrons who go here like it to stay one way. It's literally holding the restaurant hostage in growing.
Great steaks and great people! Love going there everyone treats us like family. Wife always orders the filet while I always order the ribeye. Both are always cooked to perfection!
This place is legendary in these here parts. If you live in Lynchburg, Bedford County or Campbell County and haven't dined at NLSH, then you are not truly from here and may be happier moving back to wherever the heck it is you come from. So try it out or go be happy somewhere else, I really don't care.
We met with some friends at New London Steakhouse for dinner and enjoyed our meals. I had the Grilled Chicken Pasta and it was filling. I loved the salad bar options and loaded up my bowl since you only get one trip. Their dinner rolls were great as well. For appetizers, we tried the bacon wrapped shrimp which were great, and the jalapeño poppers which were about what you'd expect. We didn't save room for dessert this time but the key lime pie sounded delicious!
